  • There is only a 15 min break between sessions so we ask that you please arrive on time - and not too early - so the prior group can leave without interactions. We also need that time to clean and disinfect poles and bathrooms.

Mondays:

Intro to Speed 3:30pm - 4:30pm
4:45pm - 6:15pm
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Tuesdays:
3:45pm - 5:15pm
5:30pm - 7:00pm

 Wednesdays:
4:45pm - 6:15pm
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Thursdays:
3:45pm - 5:15pm
5:30pm - 7:00pm

Intro to Weightlifting 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Fridays:

Intro to Weightlifting 3:45pm - 4:45pm (Oct only)
Saturdays:
9:00am - 10:30am
10:45am - 1:15pm

12:30pm - 2:00pm

Sundays:

No Club sessions

We are temporarily closed

To continue to respect social distancing we are offering 90 minute sessions with 6-7 athletes per session.  Smaller sessions afford athletes more repetitions than the Pre-Covid-19 two hour sessions with 10 members per class.  Also, since re-openings around the world are having mixed results, we’ll preserve the option for single or shared privates for those who feel safer about that.  If gradual re-openings afford us the option of 8 or more, we will rethink the time frames and remain flexible.

Please familiarize yourself with all new protocols so we can keep everyone safe.

Everyone will need to read our posted NWPV Covid-19 Rules and sign a new Covid-19 waiver - this is mandatory.  You will also need to sign a new waiver electronically for your account.  We haven't updated our standard waiver in a long time so this too will be required. 

Wearing a mask is encouraged when possible.  If you do not have a mask let us know and we can provide one.

NEW:  Introducing  pole vault specific Speed and Weightlifting programs. 

Intro sessions available for drop-ins at a special $25/session rate in October only.  Contact us for more information.
 

Monthly plans:

Bronze:  4 visits per month  $180
Silver:  8 visits per month  $320

Gold:  12 visits per month  $420

NEW: Platinum $200: additional speed & weightlifting package

for members with Silver & Gold plans


    Unused sessions will rollover to the next month if your plan is continuous
    
Bronze: 1 unused session can rollover to the next month
     Silver: 2 unused sessions can rollover to the next month
     Gold: 3 unused sessions can rollover to the next mont

Exceptions:  Speed & Weightlifting plans do not have rollovers
