Winter Schedule

  • There is a 15 min break between sessions so we ask that you please arrive on time - and not too early - so the prior group can leave without interactions. We need that time to clean and disinfect poles and bathrooms.

Mondays:

Speed Training - outdoors - 3:30pm - 4:30pm
4:45pm - 6:45pm (Feb only)
Tuesdays:
3:30pm - 5:00pm
5:15pm - 7:15pm

 Wednesdays:
3:30pm - 5:00pm

5:15pm - 6:45pm
Thursdays:
3:30pm - 5:00pm

5:15pm - 7:15pm

Weight Training - 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Fridays:

private sessions possible
Saturdays:
10:00am - 11:30pm
11:45am - 1:15pm

1:30pm - 3:00pm (if earlier sessions are full)

Sundays:

private sessions possible

We are currently reopen with Phase 2 restrictions

Per Healthy Washington's Roadmap to Recovery Phase 2 we will continue to respect social distancing and we are offering 90 minute sessions with 5 -6 athletes per session and a few 2 hours sesssions with 8 - 10 athletes per sessions.   We’ll preserve the option for single or shared privates for those who feel that is a safer way to vault.  Our facility space is massive (28 ft ceilings) and the ratio of person/sq footage is beyond any mandate protocols but we feel the need to stay between Phase 1 and 2 for a more conservative approach to safety for all. 

Please familiarize yourself with all new protocols so we can keep everyone safe.

Everyone will need to read our posted NWPV Covid-19 Rules and sign a new Covid-19 waiver - this is mandatory.  You will also need to sign a new waiver electronically for your account.  We are asking all athletes to wear masks whenever we are training together, to wash hands upon entering, and to maintain social distance as best you can.  Of course, if anyone has any hint of illness, headaches, sniffles, cold symptoms or has been exposed to another who has, we expect and appreciate your staying home until you are sure of your wellness. 

 

If you do not have a mask let us know and we can provide one.

Monthly plans:

Bronze:  4 visits per month  $180
Silver:  8 visits per month  $320

Gold:  12 visits per month  $420

NEW: Platinum $200: an additional speed & weightlifting package

for members with current Silver & Gold plans

Speed Training only:  $150/month*

Weight Training only: $120/month*


 Unused sessions will rollover to the next month if your plan is continuous
   
Bronze: 1 unused session can rollover to the next month
    Silver: 2 unused sessions can rollover to the next month
    Gold: 3 unused sessions can rollover to the next mont

* Exceptions:  Speed & Weightlifting plans do not have rollovers
