Fall Bronze Pass:

9 sessions (average 1x/week) for $405

(cost $45/session)

Fall Silver Pass:

18 sessions (average 2x/week) for $720

(cost $40/session)

Drop-in rate is $50/session


PV Speed & Weight Training





Led by Coach Steven Pust, this entails sprint mechanics with and without a pole, max velocity intervals which respect the limited distanceof actual pole vault approaches, and some plyometric work to enhance the reactive strength of the sprinter’s nervous system which is foundational to speed improvement.

It is ideal (not critical) to position lifting sessions as long after vault sessions as possible, rather than the day before.

That might mean vaulting on Wednesdays & Sundays for folks doing all of this.

NEW: Quarterly Passes

(effective 10/16 - 12/17/23 only)

  • We are not providing any credits or rollovers for any unused sessions. 

  • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Passes do not include Speed & Weight training

This fall we hope to accommodate approximately 45 athletes

attending a maximum of two sessions per week.

Once sessions are full, no more passes will be sold for the quarter.


NCAA regulations restricts us from providing any kind of financial discounts

or reduced admission privileges to any high school, preparatory school

or two-year college athletes or UW recruits.

Note:  We are no longer an affiliated USATF Club.

Individual membership is mandatory only if you decide

to enter and participate in any USATF Track Meet. 

You must sign up as unattached.

If there is a full session with a wait list, members with passes have priority over drop-ins

90 minute vs 2 hr sessions:

Please observe that on Mondays, Thursday & Sunday vault sessions are only 90mins.

To maximize runway time we advise everyone to arrive 10 to 15 mins

early to begin warming up and mobilizing.

Athletes may stay a bit after vaulting to exercise on bars, etc.
